In seven labs - spread throughout the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS) and linked to our faculties - the Centre of Expertise Applied Artificial Intelligence works together with education, research, business and civil society organizations. Together we design, develop and implement responsible AI solutions. In co-creation, we provide applications that will actually benefit companies and institutions.

How can you use AI so that people, society and the planet benefit? The Responsible Applied Artificial InTelligence program (RAAIT for short) focuses on this question. We experiment and innovate with responsible AI applications.
Students from various AUAS programs with a passion for AI help us connect students around the theme of Applied AI. Our student council itself organizes events, thinks along with our activities and gives advice on the role of AI within the AUAS.
Together with experts in the field, we connect the technology of AI to various fields of study. In seven labs, we work on meaningful applications. Together and in co creation, we develop Artificial Intelligence that is responsible and inclusive. Each lab focuses on a particular discipline.
